technatrixa operates a hybrid fitness business model, providing both online and offline fitness services including:

• Online fitness training programmes and virtual classes

• Personal training services (online and in-person)

• Nutrition guidance and wellness coaching
• Fitness assessments and progress tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

User Obligations

• You understand the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and fitness activities
• You will immediately stop any activity if you experience pain, discomfort, or feel unwell
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by technatrixa staff and trainers

technatrixa strongly recommends consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness programme, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for technatrixa services include:

• Membership fees are charged monthly or as otherwise agreed
• Personal training and additional services are charged per session or package
• All payments must be made by the due date specified in your membership agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges
• Refunds are handled according to our cancellation policy
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through technatrixa services, including but not limited to workout programmes, training videos, written materials, logos, and branding, are owned by or licensed to technatrixa Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our materials solely for your personal fitness purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Privacy and Data Protection
